If you use the Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services data model, you'll get this data from the FinancialHolding entity. This entity is required to run the model. A data model that has a direct relationship between its customer entity and its financial holdings entity will not work with the AI model. If you use a different data model, it must have an entity that relates customers and financial holdings. If you use the Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services data model, you'll get this data from the CustomerFinancialHolding entity. This is where your churn model will get data that connects financial holdings to customers-it establishes a relationship between the customers entity and the financial holdings entity. These fields are optional, but the more of them you can include the better your model will perform.
